Meet the ReWild Team
We honour the wild, intuitive self—trusting the body as a source of truth, wisdom, and creativity. We cultivate presence and personal growth through movement, voice, story, and play. We believe the sacred and the silly belong together—reclaiming rest, pleasure, creativity, and community as radical acts. We honour the cyclical, seasonal nature of being human, allowing life to unfold in its own timing. We become the village by co-creating together, honoring different bodies, needs, and ways of participating.

I’ve always been drawn to creative expression as a way to move through deep emotion — sacred singing, creative movement, poetry, photography, and ritual. Creative embodiment has helped me tend a deeply broken heart… and the places that once ached are becoming holy wells — depth that now lets Love and compassion spill outward.
I’m drawn to this work because my return came after seasons of survival and burnout, when words alone weren’t enough. What restored me was letting expression breathe in community — beyond dogma and certainty — through shared meals, movement and song, time on the land, and stories and symbols that opened a path back to a truer self. This is what I now want to tend and offer to others.
Lately, I’m learning to slow down, trust rhythm, and let healing unfold in its own time. Through my practice at Doubly Woven Studios, my work is shaped by training in inter-faith spiritual direction, creative movement, and postpartum doula care, alongside years of co-facilitating spiritual circles through song, movement, and soulful conversation.
Allowing ourselves to become visible in our tenderness is one of the bravest things we can do. I long to create spaces where our full humanity can be held with reverence and compassion. If you’re also in a season of returning, resting, or remembering — there is room for you here.

I’m someone who craves connection and longs to build spaces where we can explore, play, and reconnect with our truest selves — the wild, intuitive parts that are longing to be expressed.
I’m drawn to this work because my own journey through faith deconstruction and leaving fundamentalism was deeply isolating. I missed the village — sharing meals, being in circle, laughing, grieving, and learning together. Camp ReWild is part of my way of rebuilding what I needed then.
Lately, my body has been teaching me about my need for play, staying curious, and letting integration happen at its own pace.
My work as a somatic spiritual practitioner (through my private practice @rh_spiritual_direction ) blends everything I love most — listening deeply, holding sacred space, and weaving together my training in Spiritual Direction, Community Development, the Enneagram, Religious Trauma, and BodyTalk — to support others in reclaiming their inner wisdom and wildness.
I long to create spaces that are embodied, inclusive, and rooted in care and curiosity.
If you’re in a season of reawakening, exploring, or reclaiming, you’re not alone — and your wild self is welcome here.

I’m someone who holds space for myself and others with care and curiosity — a counselling therapist, guide, and lifelong student of what it means to come home to ourselves. I’m devoted to weaving depth and safety into the community I help create.
I’m drawn to this work because, as much of my therapy work happens in relative solitude, it felt right to be a part of building healing community experiences. In particular, sacred feminine work matters to me because it restores choice, embodiment, and belonging — especially for those of us who learned to disappear in order to stay connected.
I’m nourished by time outdoors — camping, hiking, and letting weather and landscape recalibrate me. I’m deeply interested in religious trauma resolution and the ways meaning, harm, and healing intersect, alongside ongoing study of the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness and relationship. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me with a set of watercolours, practicing presence through colour and play.
Lately, I’ve been learning to listen to my body for her intuitive knowing, slowing down to tune inward, and creating room for community to do some of the work I once tried to carry alone.
It’s a privilege to be a part of building a community rooted in warmth, consent, and mutual respect. This is a space where no one has to perform or earn belonging — where being human is enough.
If you’re longing for connection that feels steady and accepting, you are completely welcome here!

I’m someone who values honesty, care, and paying attention to what’s often left unsaid. I’m trained as a counsellor and have worked in social services for over 20 years, specializing in supporting people who have experienced abuse.
I’m drawn to this type of work because I believe deeply in safety, dignity, and the importance of being believed. Over the years, I’ve seen how healing becomes possible when people are met with compassion, accountability, and real choice.
Living with chronic illness has taught me to slow down, listen more closely, and be present with what’s actually happening rather than pushing through. Lately, I’ve been learning from my body about pacing, rest, and respecting my limits.
Right now, my inner landscape feels steady but tender, with a growing clarity about what I need and what matters most
